Griffin Class jostled with each other to 'land' at a non fiction book, before the music stopped to then write a quick review of it onto a post-it note for the next reader. However, there were less books than children, so they had to be fast. Like Musical Chairs, but much more educational! (see below for photos)
Pixie Class had fun sorting books between which were non-fiction or fiction. there was a lot of heated discussion about which features made a text one or the other!
Pegasus Class and Sprite Class created Information Mobiles by using lots of non-fiction books to research interesting facts and information to then be on display in class and around the school.
