Making Progress & Assessment

The children’s progress is measured using the statutory Reception Baseline Assessment and Reporting arrangements (2021), internal GL assessment tracking, SIMS reporting and the Early Years Foundation Profile.
Development is plotted for both Prime and Specific areas termly and shared with parents at evening meetings twice a year and a summative report at the end of the Reception Class year
