Medieval Pageant Workshop with Maple Class

On the morning of Tuesday 10th June, Martin Crowther from the Canterbury BID (Business Improvement District) and Canterbury Medieval Pageant partners invited children from Maple Class to take part in a very informative, creative and historical workshop. The children explored pilgrim characters and simple costumes for the children to wear in the spectacular Canterbury Medieval Pageant Parade (which is a fabulous family-friendly event, celebrating our incredible medieval city), held in Canterbury city on Saturday 5th July. The children thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and created wonderful medieval hats and pendants.
