Vive La France!

Today we all had so much fun celebrating all the learning we have done over the year about the French language and culture. We all dressed up as french people (see if you can spot anyone you recognise in the gallery below). We started the day listening to french music in the playground and completed Tour de France related activities in our classrooms. At playtime, french snacks and drinks were served by the Year 6 children to everyone else and all requests and responses were carried out in perfect spoken French. In Worship, we enjoyed a French play, explaining the French Revolution and spent the afternoon cheering and supporting our very own Tour de Wickhambreaux. Thank you so much to Madame Holland for organising such an educational but really fun day for us all. Merci beaucoup Madame Holland!
